The Service NSW mobile app is one of the most widely used government apps in Australia, giving NSW residents access to government services from their phones. I led the development and integration of Dark Mode, which drove a major refactor of the codebase from React class components to functional components and a broad simplification of the shared component library. I also audited and optimised the CI/CD pipelines, reducing average successful pipeline duration by 40%.
